The couple beneath a floral arch by the lake in Udaipur

Together with our families, we invite you to celebrate

Mihika & Shishir

Jaipur, India 10 – 12 January 2027

Three days of colour, chaos and celebration — and you're on the list.

All you need to do is book your flights.

Your wedding invite is on its way. This page is just the logistics, made easy.

The Celebration

Three days of it

Arrive relaxed, leave with your heart full (and, let's be honest, your belly fuller). Here's the shape of the days — the full schedule lives inside your official invite.

  1. Day 0Sat, 10 Jan

    Arrivals & the first evening

Venue check-in opens at 2 PM. Land earlier in the day and you have a lovely window to explore the city first — or come straight in and settle. Then it's our first celebration in the evening, with a firm start time. We'd love every single face there, so please plan your travel to be with us before it begins.

  2. Day 1Sun, 11 Jan

    The heart of the wedding

Colour, music, ceremony and celebration from morning into the night — and then, for those in the know, an after-party 🤫

  3. Day 2Mon, 12 Jan

    The grand finale

Our last day together — the biggest, brightest celebration of them all.

  4. Day 3Tue, 13 Jan

    Farewell & check-out

Check-out is in the morning (around 10 am). Heading straight to the airport or station? We'll arrange your ride from the venue.

Getting There

Booking your flights

Fly into Jaipur

The simplest route is straight to Jaipur International Airport (code: JAI), Rajasthan, India. When you search, type “Jaipur (JAI), India” exactly — it's an easy one to mis-spell.

Via Delhi or Mumbai

No direct flight from your city? Connecting through Delhi or Mumbai is often easier and more frequent — both have plenty of onward hops to Jaipur (or from Delhi, a cab is a popular option, roughly 5–6 hours). You'd arrange that final leg to Jaipur yourself, but once you arrive in Jaipur, we've got your ride.

When to arrive

Plan for Day 0 — 10 January. Venue check-in opens at 2 PM, so an early landing just means a few free hours to wander the city first. If your route forces you in the night before, no problem — just arrange that one night yourself, and we'll pick things up from the 10th.

Airport pick-up & drop

Coming on the 10th — solo, or with a whole gang of friends? We'll collect you from the airport (rides run from the afternoon) and bring you across — nothing to organise. On the 13th, we'll drop you back to the airport or station. Just share your flight details when you RSVP.

Where You'll Stay

Your room is on us

For our invited guests

From your arrival on Day 0 (10 Jan) through check-out on the morning of 13 Jan, your stay is taken care of, right by the celebrations. Settle in and leave the rest to us.

Bringing a plus-one?

We'd love to meet them! A gentle note: our hosted rooms are reserved for invited guests, so if you're travelling with a partner, we'd ask you to book a stay nearby. A few lovely options a short drive from the celebrations:

Just friendly suggestions, nothing affiliated — mention it when you RSVP and we'll happily help.

Paperwork, Sorted

Do you need a visa?

Most visitors to India need a visa — but for tourism it's usually quick and done entirely online. Here's the short version.

1

Check your passport

Citizens of most countries need a visa to enter India. A large number of nationalities qualify for the convenient e-Visa (Tourist).

2

Apply online

Use the official portal only: indianvisaonline.gov.in. You'll need a passport scan, a photo, and a card to pay the fee.

3

Apply in good time

The e-Visa usually comes through in a few days, but apply a few weeks ahead to be safe. Keep the approval handy for travel.

Weather & Wardrobe

What to pack

10–20°C Mild, sunny days
(50–68°F)
~8°C Cooler evenings
(bring a shawl)
☀ Sunny Clear skies
most of the day

January in Jaipur is lovely — mild, sunny afternoons and crisp, romantic evenings, mostly hovering between 10 and 20°C. Pack for pleasant days and bring a shawl or light jacket for after sunset.

What to wear

First Indian wedding? Don't overthink it. Comfortable, elegant outfits you already love will fit right in. If you'd like to lean into it, Indian or Indian-inspired attire is warmly welcome — and looks wonderful in photos.

A wardrobe planner is coming ✨

We're putting together a proper outfit guide for each day. Feel free to start browsing early — trust us, you'll want a few looks for three days of celebration — but hold off on final buys until the planner drops soon.

A Fair Warning

What to expect

🎉

Joyful, glorious chaos — the good kind.

🍬

Your sugar levels spiking. It's a big fat Indian wedding; sweetness is non-negotiable.

💃

Dancing until your feet protest, then a little more dancing.

🥁

Colour, music, drums and pure, unfiltered madness — of the happiest sort.

And the best part? You'll be right in the middle of it — one of the biggest days of our lives, celebrated with you by our side. That means more to us than any webpage could hold. 💛

Pack your dancing shoes and your stretchiest pants — we promise, the rest takes care of itself.

Make a Trip of It
